Well, to be honest, this just isn't going as well as I thought it would. In fact, the results I was expecting based on what my personal trainers were telling me, are the exact opposite results of what I am experiencing. They said I'd be happier (I'm much more grumpy), I'd be more energetic (not really experiencing that; I feel depleted if I wait more than a few hours to have food), I'd have clearer skin (it's worse), and I'd sleep better (having a much harder time falling asleep - I usually fall asleep within 5 minutes of hitting the pill). On top of that, I am having the most vivid, intense dreams, which leave me feeling pretty frustrated and tired in the morning. With that said, here is what I ate today:

8 am - 2 eggs with olive oil
12 pm - Whole Foods Kielbasa with Veggie Mix, 2 strawberries, and a tall can of Coconut Juice (no pulp)
4 pm - 2 Dried, unsweetened Peach slices, and a few almonds and cashews
7 pm - Ground Turkey Scramble (with zucchini, onions, bell peppers, and carrots) with a few Trader Joe's pita crackers (I know I cheated, but I'm just getting my body isn't responding well to this diet, and I need to take a step back)

Tomorrow is a new day, and it will bring new changes to this diet!
