I've stuck with the diet today, but I'm feeling a little defeated by my current "obsession" with bread. Timed with yesterday's bad mood and feeling weird, and then how good I felt after eating the Red Grape pizza, I have sort of psychologically associated bread (crust) with happiness, haha. Here is what I ate today:

10 am - 1 hard boiled egg, 1 date
12 pm - 1/2 chicken breast with pesto (no oil, no cheese)
2 pm - 1 hard boiled egg, Fuji apple
6 pm - Ground turkey patty (so juicy and good!) with spinach and two slices of tomato, and artichoke dipped in olive oil
7:30 pm - Craved sugar, went for a spoonful of almond butter... Kind of did the trick?!
