Woke up this morning and decided to weigh myself to discover that I weigh 112 pounds. WHAT?! Even in high school, I weighed 118-120 pounds. I know weighing doesn't matter as body fat, and how your clothes fit, etc, but I'm still feeling pretty accomplished right now!! I can't believe how much FAT (good fat) I'm eating, and how I'm actually losing weight. SO amazing!! I think the loss of alcohol calories is helping, too... And the personal training!
9 am - 1 egg scramble with olive oil (steak, bell peppers, onions, green chili), fruit shake (blueberries, strawberries, coconut juice, apple juice)
Completely forgot what I ate midday :-( (is memory an issue on the Paleo Diet?)
7 pm - 1 filet of ahi tuna, seared cooked with dill, olive oil, and lemon. Fresh stir fry of veggies with coconut oil
