This isn't hard at all! What are you all talking about?! :-) Just kidding, I have definitely had some (small) cravings for hummus, and pita bread... More to follow, I'm sure. Also, worth mentioning, I noticed about an hour ago some bad stomach cramping. It went away, but it was pretty painful. Not sure what that was about?

8 am - 1 sunnyside up egg with cracked pepper
11 am - 1/2 cup trail mix (cashews, almonds, macadamia nuts, dried mango, dried apricot)
12 pm - 1 apple, sliced wrapped in turkey slices (yes, cheating, as there is LOW sodium added)
3 pm - 2 tbs almond butter with celery stick (stomach cramping occurred about 5 minutes later)
7 pm - 1/2 NY steak chopped, stir-fried with asparagus, brocoli, carrots, onions, zucchini, 2 tbs coconut oil
